As a strength and conditioning coach, I work with all of my clients and teams on building a functional foundation of mobility, strength, proprioception and respiratory efficiency. As a result, my clients develop higher levels of strength, power, speed and agility. Clients will not only transform themselves physically, but also mentally, allowing them to become the best version of themselves. I educate my clients on how to incorporate these newly acquired skills and information into their sport training and daily life.
